To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

完全不入流，可以榮休。無一樣野入到口，要涼拌變熱食⋯⋯要熱食變凍吃，無辦法放入口。如何得到好評呢？蒜泥白肉，微波爐翻熱，熱到入唔到口，入到口又咬唔到，咬得到又呑唔落？傻的嗎？咸肉炒花菜，眼見滿滿配料，可以無味⋯⋯炒土豆絲，大碟有乜用，炒到無味⋯⋯香辣炒大腸，炒垃圾，好想問係邊到倒埋一碟俾我，極差，係唔熱嘅⋯⋯筷子都落唔到。總結: 製造廚餘。唔係我哋浪費，源頭係個廚房製造出來，皆因我都肚餓入來消費醫肚嘅⋯⋯唔係要嚟睇你啲廚餘。
