To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

請在門口標明繁忙時段不招待淨飲

一間小cafe,經營困難我理解。但如果在門口貼上 「繁忙時間恕不招待淨飲」或「淨飲限時__分鐘」/「繁忙時間，每人最低消費一個main+飲品」。咁會好過未夠12點行左入去，聽到你叫杯野飲堂食就話”peak hour做唔到淨飲”。我都係未夠鐘上堂，諗住有個空間休息20分鐘咋🤷🏻‍♀️見到好多名人合照，可能老闆做開大生意，呢啲幾十蚊飲品客人，根本就唔算得係咩掛🤨
