To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

基本上食物質素沒大問題，保持到正常水準，沒甚麼意見。不過正如其他評語所說：何文田分店人手長期極其短缺，晚餐時間只有一至兩個樓面職員，要同時處理埋單、落單、傳菜，人手不足絕對是極大弊病。先不說客人要落單起碼要等十至十五分鐘，職員連落單撳機都會出情況，不懂得如何下單，要客人教返轉頭，簡直匪夷所思。請正視劣評如潮的人手安排，管理層責無旁貸！如在何文田區食飯，無必要在此譚仔分店浪費時間，食到一肚氣，留返啖氣暖肚好過
