To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這天到大快活吃晚飯,看到菜牌上有一欄為美味素,有個素肉碎豆腐紅米飯$41,肉碎為Omn!pork 新豬肉,一向多菜少肉的我當然要試一試。另外加了一個肉燥菜心$9,這餐配有一個蘿蔔粟米豬𦟌湯。怎知那個美味素菜的素肉碎原來是很辣的😪,希望大快活可以留意下,加個標示註明是辣的食物。因不是人人吃到辣的。連紅米飯也浪費了。南瓜豆腐雞柳飯$47,湯加$7這個是老公點的,足料好味湯也不錯,但肉操菜心的份量很少。
