論自助餐是否要食評

食完呢次我覺得自助餐都要寫食評。因為機場員工有折，所以嚟過幾次，但食物同環境都愈來愈差。今次嚟到就有一班旅行團堆住係門口，嘈喧巴閉，枉我由T2行嚟以為可以享受片刻寧靜。出去攞嘢食，後腦一陣涼風吹過，唔係咁邪呀麻！望下原來入個細路踩住有碌嗰啲鞋係到飄移。大佬，自助餐咁多人行嚟行去，我覺得餐廳有責任勸嗰父母同細路囉！一陣淥親其他人就事小呀，淥親個細路，佢父母實指住人地嚟鬧！返正題講食物生蠔一直以為蠔嘅大細唔係重點，但當你食一隻無層次，無餘韻，而且8隻入面有3隻有碎殼的蠔時，就會覺得size dose matter !大隻起碼有「口感」長腳蟹 麵包蟹麵包蟹絕對要食，食完你就會覺得從來未食過咁鮮甜嘅長腳蟹。無錯，麵包蟹嘅存在完全係襯托長腳蟹嘅鮮味。三文魚刺身係一個自助餐，三文魚要配給都算，但點解要將三文魚切粒狀呢？我都唔期望你會厚切，但最少都正正常常咁切片啦！芝士一般大眾化口味燒牛肉焦香嘅外圍包住充滿肉汁粉紅色嘅肉，唔洗加汁都好味。炸蝦片辣辣地幾好味甜品 生果有一口一個嘅甜品，可以試多幾款，又原個蛋糕，鍾意食幾多切幾多生果如果再切細啲就最好啦，反正都係切，點解唔切返啱咀形嘅大小呢？頭幾次嚟，覺

一直以為蠔嘅大細唔係重點，但當你食一隻無層次，無餘韻，而且8隻入面有3隻有碎殼的蠔時，就會覺得size dose matter !大隻起碼有「口感」

麵包蟹絕對要食，食完你就會覺得從來未食過咁鮮甜嘅長腳蟹。無錯，麵包蟹嘅存在完全係襯托長腳蟹嘅鮮味。

三文魚刺身


係一個自助餐，三文魚要配給都算，但點解要將三文魚切粒狀呢？我都唔期望你會厚切，但最少都正正常常咁切片啦！

頭幾次嚟，覺得呢到簡直驚為天人，超抵食（以員工價計）但今次食完真係好失望，可能珠玉在前啦！ 
結論係，比正價就一定唔會嚟，但員工價的話都可以接受。
