To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放假，隨街遊蕩嘅時候諗唔到食乜，就去咗例牌譚仔食咗碗米線，佢去咗譚仔叫咗一碗芫荽皮蛋湯底雞肉魚蛋米線，同叫咗一杯新嘅特飲，菠蘿蔬菜汁特飲。唔知係唔係lunch hour 嘅關係，碗麵等左都一段時間，都差唔多半個鐘。碗麵上到嚟，首先試一試啲皮蛋，今次皮蛋要讚，食得出用嘅皮蛋今次都算係OK。個芫荽皮蛋湯底不嬲都係至愛，今次都keep得住水準。雞肉OK，唔會太老，食落口都算嫩滑，不過魚蛋可能過咗少少火，淋咗少少，冇咁彈牙。杯特飲幾特別，不過個人來講甜咗少少。
