To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

諗唔到食咩就會去三哥雲南米線，特別係有胃口個陣。咁三哥同譚仔邊間好d，我個人就覺三哥，湯底濃口d，份量又多。今日專登去試佢新出既肥牛菇沙沙湯以及芒果特飲。碗麵一上到黎，即刻聞到勁強麻醬香味，即刻食慾大增，迫不及待試下啖湯，入口香濃而微辣，大熱天飲辣湯別有一番風味。肥牛數量不多，但牛油脂香口，菇就相對一般，當菜食。呢碗麵我純對會encore，好食！芒果特飲一般，不建議飲。
