如果你都有細心留意,就會發覺啲中蜆唔喺炒完就咁推晒落碟,而喺有心將啲蜆一隻又一隻疊番起,令個外觀更立體有層次
。除好睇,亦好食,首要喺蜆肉夠飽滿肥美,入口有肉地,而且鮮甜,輕輕滲出蒜香及酒味,再帶出柔和嘅辣勁,樣樣都恰到好處,令人印象深刻

原隻龍蝦薄餅 $298

記得大概10年前左右,有一家過江龍叫「喜客比薩」(Shakey's Pizza Restaurant)嘅薄餅專門店,當時推出龍蝦長方形薄餅,成為賣點,可惜後期漸漸消聲匿跡,間唔時都有見零碎薄餅店推出龍蝦薄餅,但似乎成為唔到主流。而今日嚟到The Point,多少都喺為呢道「原隻龍蝦薄餅」而嚟。

餐牌已註明成份,包括原隻龍蝦、茴香頭、車厘茄、水牛芝士及海鮮汁。如果有細心留意嘅話,啲餡料會放晌中間而留少少外圍邊位,所以,食到尾嘅邊位特別香脆;而汁底唔喺咩蕃茄、千島……,喺海鮮汁,所以,整件薄餅入口嘅海鮮味都好強
,亦因為落咗唔少海鮮汁,薄餅中心位變得腍身啲,個人覺得要諗諗點改良吓;水牛芝士下嘅份量剛好,唔會太搶啲海鮮汁味,所以,整體而言,個龍蝦薄餅真喺幾正

賣相已經搶分先,布朗尼本身做得挺實,卻唔會硬崩崩,朱古力味超濃郁,餅心更混有脆口嘅合桃;雲呢拿雪糕入口香滑富奶香,夾住布朗尼一齊食,真喺出到冰火嘅效果;而烤香蕉灑咗沙糖以火槍處理,做成薄薄一層脆焦糖,蕉肉又焗到腍透,伴上合桃,味道一流

無論前菜,抑或薄餅、甜品都做得相當出色,每處都感受到廚師嘅用心。雖然,無試到其意大利麵,但相信亦會不俗。加上環境好,服務細心
,好似食大蜆,會多上一隻小碗讓我哋放蜆殼,睇我哋差唔多食完主菜,會主動提早問問可以上甜品未,因為布朗尼即做需時。下次,可以帶埋細佬妹嚟試,因為,佢哋都鍾意食薄餅。
