其實不是太健康的食法,因直接用火高溫加熱,高溫度會令用仔來醃肉的調味料發生變化,做成有害物質- 再加上現時用來燒烤的炭物質不明...不似以前炭的品質的純度...亦會發放有害物質....小吃為妙..要吃都不要燒得太
