To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 媽媽明明是潮州人,但一直都只愛吃上海菜,所以我都帶媽媽去過很多新式的上海餐廳,而今個母親節,我選擇和媽媽到上海婆婆慶祝!母親節的晚上,所有枱都已被預先訂座,幸好的亦早有準備,所以六時正便能入座,侍應還很貼心地安排我們到店內較後的卡位就座,環境比較寧靜舒適。喝杯熱茶,媽媽便很雀躍地挑選想吃的菜式,因為是第一次來到的關係,餐牌的感覺是比其他餐廳種類更多,而價錢亦十分合理。疼女兒的媽媽總是不敢多挑幾款菜式,所以最後我選了以下菜式:<四小拼(脆鱔、小排骨、烤夫、肴肉) $102>先來一個冷盤,這裡的四小拼不能自行配搭,但每款都是我想點的菜式! 特別是脆鱔,第一次見餐廳會願意將其放到拼盤中,即使要價$102,仍覺得十分抵食!脆鱔口感酥脆,味道甜中帶咸,佐酒一流!另外肴肉亦是我們的最愛--外層晶瑩,內層豬蹄肉肉質嫩滑而帶咸香。<椒鹽小黃魚 $48>平日很想點小黃魚,但很多餐廳都要點兩條或以上,令我卻步,但這裡可以只點一條,而且原來份量都不會太少,令我們喜出望外!小黃魚煎得金黃香脆,魚上撲上一層薄薄的椒鹽,鹽香四溢。<砂鍋雲吞雞 $176>一鍋有半隻雞

第一次見到這麼大的小籠包,還附有一枝飲管來喝湯汁,記得小心燙口!湯汁的味道不是十分突出,當我喝完後拆開中間一看,大籠包的肉和小籠包的份量相約,而包的外層可能因蒸得過長的關係而有點乾,還是小籠包的口感較好。

家常薄餅有點像進化版的蔥油餅,感覺比蔥油餅薄和少油。薄餅介乎煙軔與香脆之間,兩面煎得金黃,味道帶咸香。

媽媽十分滿意今次的晚餐,還說要快點再來,很高興看到媽媽這麼快樂。
