很久沒試過在中午時間吃火鍋,尤其是在入之後,想吃火鍋的意慾日漸強烈,今日相約朋友去銅鑼灣吃川式火鍋,自從吃過某川式火鍋後,我也瘋狂愛上。今次所選的火鍋英雄鄰近地鐵站,主要都是方便朋友稍後上班。這裡的環境舒適,佈置以中式樂器、面譜為主,別具特色。所有座位都是卡位式,座椅均用木製,空間寬敞,大家可以坐得鬆動。火鍋餐具一應俱全,最貼心的是還有圍裙提供,絕對是為我這粗心大意的人而設,不會弄污衣服。說真的,川式火鍋我只吃過麻辣鍋與藥膳鍋,卻未曾吃過酸菜冷鍋魚,我們好奇得很,加上我們亦是愛魚之人,一於試試看,用酸菜冷鍋魚作火鍋湯底會有何特別之處。這鍋酸菜冷鍋魚不得不說超大鍋呢,不只是鍋大,鍋中的魚片超級豐富,我們估計用了一整條魚來熬煮。店員給我們一人一碗盛著芫茜,脆炸的調味配料,起初朋友以為是用作醬料之用,原來是用作增添酸菜香氣之用。酸菜,酸蘿蔔,草菇,花椒,酸椒等在湯鍋滾煮著,讓溫順的酸味慢慢滲進湯裡。酸菜,酸蘿蔔脆口非常,酸微微十分醒胃,我們狂撈起酸菜來吃。魚片在湯鍋可謂獨領風騷,在酸菜鍋中煮更顯其鮮美,口感鮮嫩可口,魚肉於鍋裡滾煮半小時多依然滑溜,足見其魚的新鮮度。川式火鍋不少得豬爽喉,鮮黑
