話說有人睇到偶像嘅facebook去咗呢間Steak Bar度鋸扒之後又要跟住嚟食好西,所以肥胖兵團再次出動,原來就喺銅鑼灣俗稱拉麵街裡頭嘅其中一家小店,睇嚟平時真係睇漏眼大家認住門口呢隻有對角嘅牛就唔會嚟錯地方㗎喇。睇一睇份餐牌,呢度嘅牛set大致上都分為六款,無論厚切薄切西冷吉列都有,一起身嘅第一餐我就唔想食吉列咁熱氣,於是乎我就揀咗呢set安格斯西冷牛扒啦。安格斯西冷牛扒($258蚊):好多人都知道西冷牛扒係屬於一隻牛嘅腰脊部份,擁有較強嘅肉味同埋嫩滑嘅口感,相比起其他部位脂肪含量亦都較高,所以識揀一定揀食西冷啦。Steak Bar將呢塊牛扒煎到我要求嘅五成熟之後肉質非常有彈性又有嚼勁,有口感之餘牛肉味相當濃郁,脂肪比例均勻,連平時一向唔食肥肉嘅我今次連肥膏都一齊吞落肚,因為真係又滑又香啱啱好,一啲都唔覺得肥膩,口感非常豐富,絕對將西冷嘅美味發揮到淋漓盡致。阿肥跟風嗌嘅呢份頂級板腱牛扒($215蚊):睇餐牌上面介紹仲話係每日限量㗎!~250克嘅牛扒非常有厚度,賣相高檔精緻。阿肥怕生所以叫咗七成熟,最令人驚喜嘅地方係煎至七成之熟咬開後仍然啖啖肉汁,非常juicy,可以配搭日本蒜鹽或
