To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

識食要食香茅豬扒

餐廳地理位置唔多顯眼，座位不多，只有十四個位左右！所以如果有人在餐廳外等位都不足為奇，因為餐廳好快滿座，想食就要等下啦！餐廳星期日又休息，所以想食就星期一到六食啦！當天點了香茅豬扒飯，友人則選了河內雞扒飯，以環保紙盒盛載，熱辣辣的飯配多隻煎蛋，好好味，豬扒不會太乾，香茅味道又岩岩好，加上少少青葱食下去，一流！但雞扒相對上食起來比較普通，油份比較多，好似煎雞扒，可能河內就係代表煎雞扒，如果煎得香脆就好，但煎到皮油肉軟就不推介大家食了！好味香茅豬扒飯
