To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無可否認,朋友同我都係好跟風嘅人,睇完電視見到有介紹呢間粥鋪,就神早打左黎BOOK位食了。講真平時都無乜機會黎新蒲岡崗,所以完全由朋友帶路先識黎。呢度主打係海鮮粥火鍋,所以跟住個套餐食就啱了。枱邊個指示同店員小妹都有講跟時間食七款海鮮個熟度會啱啱好,但我地其實無跟到,見佢滾左就以食雞煲嘅經驗就自動起筷了。唔是講笑,一個套餐有咁多海鮮食,真係有點意外。因為價錢唔算太貴,但兩個人食都分到有一隻蟹,兩件鮑魚,象拔蚌仔,蝦,大量蜆同魚。蝦肉彈牙,新鮮蝦就應該係咁的啦。蟹黎講雖然唔算好大隻同多肉,但食落鮮甜肉質偏軟腍的,已經開始感覺到個湯底會好甜。鮮鮑魚細細隻所以好快熟,咬落都好腍但又無食乾鮑咁結實。比蝦肉更有口感。趙耐啲個肉味會仲出。象拔蚌仔最有驚喜,爽脆之餘比起蜆肉更有海水味,仲係咁多款海鮮入面最鮮甜的。但講到最好食嘅都係多寶魚,食落非常嫩滑,可能係後面先落鍋所以開始吸收到其他海嘅精華。真係食完都仲好回味。跟餐配菜揀左牛肉牛丸,豬肉同兩大筒菜,目的就係要令個湯底味道更豐富。當然唔笑少得配粥一流嘅油炸鬼。配料都算好食,因為個海鮮精華湯底為佢地加分不少。連津白都零舍甘甜。最後個粥真係無得彈,店員

最後個粥真係無得彈,店員小妹先為湯底加入白飯,等佢煮開後迅即灑入豬油渣,蛋液,菜脯及芫茜蔥等佐料。個粥食落似潮州粥,每一啖都食到之前海鮮嘅鮮甜精華,特別係豬油炸嘅脆脆口感為個海鮮生色不少。配埋油炸鬼黎食真係食完捧住個肚走,連本身點左嗰兩支涼茶都飲唔落
