To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔三哥清湯過橋米線($54)好耐冇食譚仔三哥米線，加上好掛着譚仔呀姐既口音，錦岩就去左附近一間譚仔回味一番。過橋米線最適合兩個人食，分量岩岩好。過橋米線既清湯湯底會有陣濃濃既鹽味，配菜有竹笙、芽菜、韮菜等等。仲可以按照自己接受既程度選擇辣度，分別有十小、三小、二小、酸辣。餸菜方面有炸醬、墨魚丸、魚丸、酸菜、魚腐、雞肉、牛肉等等。米線既份量比較多，但兩個人既份量就岩岩好。唔太食得辣既我，即使係清湯，都唔會太dry冇味道呢！
