To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

銅鑼灣希慎 開咗譚仔三哥,返工食晏就多一個選擇吧。不過lunch time勁多人叫外賣,加上鋪面人手唔多,經常要等好耐,中過兩次伏,都甚少再叫。今晚好夜收工,趕喺阿姐收舖之前,成功叫到最後一個餐。蕃茄豬膶竹笙薯粉,係我最想食嘅配搭。豬潤少少過熟,竹笙好吸湯,簡單食個薯粉,就係放工之後最好嘅晚餐。另外口痕再加多個皮蛋,一個人其實份量有啲多,如果可以減半分就好啦。
