To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

要食米線緊係要去譚仔，要食譚仔緊係要搵三哥。黎到三哥唔食麻辣又點得呢？所以我叫左碗雞肉加竹笙十少辣，當然唔少得試埋三款地道小食：「土匪雞翼」、「蒜泥白肉」同埋「涼拌北川豆腐」。土匪雞翼（$23)用小茴香祕制的土匪雞翼，面頭滿佈黑芝麻。外皮烤到少少脆，食左令人有種孜然一身的感覺。蒜泥白肉 （$25）刀功上乘切出薄薄的豬腩肉，配蒜泥味道原始得來能食出豬肉的鮮味。涼拌北川豆腐（$15）簡簡單單一個涼拌豆腐，加入辣椒油、蔥、生蒜就化身為刺激火辣的北川豆腐。竹雞（10小辣）（$39）黎到譚仔又點少得食返碗麻辣米線，十小辣開始有少少感覺，係麻辣進階之選。
