To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔三哥 @ 旺角見到IG好多post三哥有新菜『燒茄子』…我又去試下先😛😛點左炸醬墨丸三哥酸辣…土匪雞翼…燒茄子同凍蘋果醋…三哥既米線質感係比譚仔煙韌…墨丸就麻麻地(譚仔都係)…土匪雞翼就譚仔好味D...至於燒茄子…點解我隻咁鬼細既…同IG post見到差幾個碼喎(XS同XL既分別😑😑)…不過味道個人覺得唔錯同幾惹味😋😋…茄子燒得夠時間…爛哂(出面好多都未燒夠時間就俾你…👎)…不過…如果蒜蓉唔好磨到咁細就仲好🙂……唯一咁細兜要$19就貴dd...
