To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜晚晚游完水，諗唔到食咩緊係食返個譚仔先，好彩佢仲未截單，就拿拿林叫左2個米線廢事阻人收工，譚仔阿姐都用平時比唔到既速度出餐，但質素都係無下降到，都係一樣咁好味。叫左一個清湯腩肉，蕃茄湯乍醬，唔錯唔錯米線無太冧夠彈牙，而且腩肉好瘦好足料而且唔會太咸而豬耳，好爽口，仲好夠味，而且唔算勁辣，仲臨收工比左好多豬耳我地，蕃茄湯都好濃，每條米線都吸晒蕃茄湯既味，可見無偷工減料，而凍奶茶好重奶味，好飲！！！！
