To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近發現公司附近有譚仔食，當然要去試一試。到譚仔門口見到那麼多人真的嚇到了！不過外賣部還好：不會太誇張。等食物時不會太久，比叫食物時快多了（只有一個cashier）。價錢方面比平常吃到的貴$1。在這裡一個送+米線：$25、 $5 一個送。可能是工廠區吧，還是起價了？外賣還要加$1。魚腐+生菜清湯底米線OK好吃，不過魚腐吸了湯水所以腍了一點。早知跟cashier說要分開。不過聽同事說＂分開＂是張米線跟湯分開而不是張送跟湯分開。米線腍了點兒我無所謂，但送腍了就不好啦！
