To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日出咗大埔，近排天氣轉涼，想食熱嘅食物，所以去咗譚仔食午餐。我地大概三點到譚仔，唔需要等位就可以入去，大埔超級城分店唔算好大，但裡面有好多座位，有2人枱、4人枱、圓枱，仲有靠牆座位。譚仔依家有下午茶餐，迷你兩餸米線連熱飲只需要$29，如另加2款一人小食，套餐共$42，好抵食。迷你米線湯底只有清湯同麻辣選擇。雖然係迷你米線，但份量都夠胞肚。我地點咗2碗兩餸米線、2款一人小食(迷你麻辣豬耳、迷你蒜泥白肉)、2杯熱飲(熱咖啡、熱華田)。迷你兩餸米線 麻辣湯底(小辣) 腩肉、豬皮 迷你兩餸米線 清湯 豬皮、火腿迷你蒜泥白肉(左)迷你麻辣豬耳(右)
