To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔撈米線試過便可

呢排見米線關注組好多人讚譚仔呢個出品- 烤雞炸醬撈米線, 呢個出品好似早幾年都出過一排, 啲人仲講到等咗好耐終於出返, 好似好好味咁, 所以早幾日經過譚仔就一於去試下! 佢預設係10小辣, 一嚟到見到中間咁大pat辣醬都嚇一嚇, 好彩食落去其實都唔係想像中咁辣~ 碗撈米線入面有一堆酸菜, 5舊雞件, 少少芹菜同芽菜, 一大pat 炸醬同埋中間嗰堆應該係辣醬嘅嘢, 我第一時間將堆醬撈埋米線試下, 味道嚟講我覺得雖然冇乜驚喜, 但都算正正常常嘅, 醬嘅份量亦都足夠撈晒成碗米線, 夾埋啲芹菜同芽菜一齊食令到口感更加豐富, 酸菜好爽口而味道都OK~ 不過啲烤雞件真係唔多掂...一食落口一大浸應該係梳打粉嘅味....仲要5舊都有呢啲味平時出街食雞扒都好少會食到咁樣味道, 真係幾失望! 希望譚仔真係改善一下.....另外啲米線亦都煮得太硬, 感覺食落肚會好易消化不良
