To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔最近推出脆肉鯇木瓜魚湯米線，滋潤暖胃，非常適合冬天享用。脆肉鯇特別選用「蠶豆鯇」，肉質結實，片片爽口。至於木瓜魚湯底，清甜可口，不但有新鮮木瓜塊，更加入木瓜蓉，真材實料。除了吃米線，怎可以錯過譚仔的特色小食？例如招牌土匪雞翼，這是我每次到譚仔都必點的小吃。還有又軟又滑的涼拌茄子、爽脆彈牙的麻辣豬耳、四川風味的香辣黑柏葉......早上到譚仔中環店更可以買早餐，一嚐分店限定的烘土匪三文治 、米通粉...... 很方便附近的打工一族。
