To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔又出新嘢，作為米線關注組成員嘅我冇理由唔去試下🤪，今次推出兩款新食材，加上辣蕃茄湯底，富有新鮮感🤓❣️滷汁牛肚蜂巢豆腐配香辣蕃茄湯 $43牛肚就冇咩滷汁嘅味道，但勝在夠腍，都索到辣蕃茄湯底嘅味道，但講到索汁，蜂巢豆腐真係完全入晒味，一咬，係可以噴汁咁🤣🤣，最低嘅辣度係5小辣，但我覺得唔算太辣🌶👅好味度：8（10分滿分）今次嘅推廣符合我嘅味道，兩種材料牛肚同蜂巢豆腐都係我鍾意食嘅食物，加上辣蕃茄湯底，有啲酸又有啲辣，味道唔錯
