To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日特登嚟譚仔試佢嘅新品，見人post好似好吸引咁🤩有撈寬麵或米線，媽咪揀米線，我就試寬麵▶️ 烤雞炸醬撈寬麵 ($46)明明走咗辣都仲幾辣🥵想像唔到原先辣度寬麵相對粗身，質感似闊條面意粉，可惜唔夠煙韌彈牙，令我諗返起小學飯盒啲淋啤啤嘅意粉🤥有啲失望寬麵俾米線好係比較掛汁雞肉有五件左右🐔用上雞髀肉，肉質滑嫩，味道唔錯另外仲有大量芽菜、酸菜、唐芹，酸菜超級酸🤪以撈麵來講佢唔夠乾身，底部醬汁好水汪汪，感覺係辣油溝湯水，食完望住有啲唔開胃不過公道講句，可能因為我炸醬另上，所以未能完全品嚐撈麵▶️ 凍阿華田 (+$10)-對呢個新款有啲失望，會寧願叫返一般湯米線中環呢間譚仔幾大，有兩層，座位算多不過下午茶時段嚟到都坐滿服務幾好嘅，啲譚仔姐姐幾幫得手譚仔價錢相對平民，只係覺得呢個撈麵唔抵食唔知大家有冇試呢？
