To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次同朋友食飯唔知食咩好嘅時候，都會去食譚仔。絕對係我哋嘅飯堂！今次都係叫咗個幾樣例牌，一個過橋米線小辣，細土匪同埋蒜泥白肉。過橋米線入面最鍾意就係食竹笙，縮晒啲湯汁好惹味。細土匪同埋蒜泥白肉都係正常發揮，係每次嚟嘅必點。講到譚仔入面最鍾意嘅小食一定係木耳，好爽口而且份量都幾大份，次次黎都會點。好多人問到究竟譚仔好食啲定係譚仔三哥好食啲，我個人就鍾意食譚仔三哥，因為佢哋嘅湯底同埋米線比較出色，不過譚仔就小食好食啲，各取所需啦，不過唯一共通之處就係無論你食譚仔定係譚仔三哥，食完都一定會屙🤣 但係咁樣係冇阻我食譚仔嘅決心！
