To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近譚仔新除香蒜翠玉帶子，$18一串，我諗同出邊好多串燒店價錢都算持平。一共有原味香蒜同麻辣香蒜兩款，一串有兩粒帶子同兩粒翠玉瓜。係眾多蔬菜瓜果類入面，翠玉瓜一直係我嘅number one之選，再加埋譚仔必不可少嘅香蒜醬，今次呢個串串，我點可以唔叫！翠玉瓜比想像中厚切好多，雖然咬落去好juicy，但咬到入去就無咩香味同蒜味。帶子唔算好厚，加埋個一層香蒜醬，簡直滋味無窮。
