To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔都唔洗多講，係香港人都應該食過，係平價食飯之選但是作為長期不在香港的我，還是蠻新鮮的！今日作為我第一篇食評實在是最適合。今日叫左兩碗米線，兩個小食，兩杯飲品，逐一點評一下。 1）出於好奇，我點了一碗「番茄湯底過橋米線套餐」，因為可以嘗試譚仔所有的配菜。這碗米線裡面包括腩肉、雞肉、墨魚丸、牛丸、竹笙、腐皮、豆皮、酸菜和炸醬等等，非常豐富！一碗可以兩個人吃，價格實惠，只需要53元。番茄湯底微酸帶甜，有清新的感覺。 2）腩肉炸醬米線，叫了小辣，以不能吃辣的人來說是直接送院級別，不能吃辣的勿點。 3）新疆香草雞翼，就是孜然粉烤雞翼。好吃。 4）辣豆腐，不錯的，15塊錢，挺下飯的，可惜這裡沒有白米飯，哈哈哈哈。 5&6）就是飲料，是經典的港式奶茶和檸檬茶，口味純正。總體滿意！
