To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於譚仔係藍色餐廳關係，最近決定唔食譚仔！但又真係好想食米線，所以就嚟食譚仔三哥，話曬都叫做比日本公司收購。所有特登叫番平時喺譚仔食開嘅嚟比對一下，嗌咗個魚蛋雞肉清湯米。一上枱嘅時候，連個姐姐都講"雞肉魚蛋....e, 冇雞肉嘅？" 佢雞肉佢真係比較少㗎，所以呢個姐姐都load咗陣先望到邊度有雞肉。魚蛋相反就四粒，我就唔記得譚仔平時幾多粒。湯方面，反而我覺得呢一度係更濃味，仲有啲太濃，不過都好味嘅xp 其他都係有啲芽菜呀，腐皮咁樣呀。另外就叫咗菜呀，十八蚊一碟，如果冇記錯譚仔係19蚊嘅。佢啲菜就冇譚仔嗰種即刻整出嚟嘅感覺，因為佢唔係有標煙好熱嗰種嘅，但係叫佢走油佢真係有走油。對比之下其實兩間都真係差唔多，所以要放棄譚仔轉食三哥，我覺得我都可以做到嘅
