To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午飯時間，這兒非常多人，也許是平的原故吧！是曰點了清湯牛肉魚腐米缐和檸蜜。記得以前芽菜酸菜和腐竹是隨米缐奉送的。現在酸菜沒有了，要另點。這清湯頗有鮮味，牛肉非常細片，很零碎，但仍有肉味，算是不錯；魚腐是吃過衆多魚腐之中最差的。魚腐細小且薄得像紙一般，非常失望，幸然有少少魚肉味；然而，米缐軟硬度適中，有米香不會碎叶叶，有口感，尚算不錯；相比米線陣，這米線欠煙韌和湯底鮮味差少少，餸的選擇不夠特別。檸蜜：ok, 檸檬唔澀，但唔熱只是微暖。
