To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 吾敢再去。以前一直食開咖喱牛腩,滲慘,對上一次去試左咖喱雞,都係個啲問題啦,生雞肉,我問侍應係咪真係粉紅成咁?(皆因小弟都係做飲食行業,明白如果急涷肉類就算全熟都有機會有啲粉紅)首先吾係自己地方,二黎又吾知人地用咩貨,咁就唯有問清楚女侍應話幫我問下師傅,返轉頭話我知「師傅話熟嫁啦,係咁」到呢度 佢無俾返個舊(熟)雞肉我😂咁我都講聲吾該就由佢啦,費事難為人地打份工,就再睇下第二舊係咪都係一樣粉紅係既就證明佢無講大話,啲貨就係咁,點知好明顯 我有影相呢舊係白啲,熟啲既我睇完呢舊肉根本吾敢再食呢碗野第一件已被收走無留底既雞肉粉既程度同呢件根本無得比較😂可能我細膽🤣驚有交叉感染利申,單照埋,無話cancel 要折扣個啲弱智野只係想反映返家禽類應該要熟先食得吾知其他地方係咪有吾同既習俗有機會係我才疏學淺
