※本文以用餐當日的環境、服務和食物質素為準,口味亦因人而異,文章只作參考之用。 - -是晚去到位於銅鑼灣的渣甸中心食日本菜,店內環境貫設日本風的簡約木系裝潢,也有少量裝飾作點綴。餐廳內可選擇品嚐Omakase或是單點餐牌上的菜式亦可,今晚我地選擇了單點菜式,有刺身有串燒又有壽喜燒,味道也是不錯的,那碟燒活鰻魚更係一試難忘!季節刺身拼盤7點 $750刺身有平政魚腩、赤貝、象拔蚌、牡丹蝦、石鯛、海膽同大拖羅刺身,每種兩片,擺盤精緻!石鯛魚質細膩帶清爽口感;還有與油甘魚同科的平政魚腩咬落爽口,魚味突出。大拖羅一入口已經感受到個種油脂爆滿,魚質細嫩滑溜既感覺,整個超邪惡,男人讓我一次過食晒兩件!(大喜)平時食牡丹蝦敏感的男人,今次食完竟然相安無事,相信係來貨新鮮,蝦味非常明顯,很不錯!海膽 $300這小碟的北海道海膽索價不便宜,入口不苦亦不夠鮮甜,不過不失。秘製汁燒活鰻魚 $280食完刺身就到燒物,估唔到質素有驚喜!特別係呢個燒活鰻魚,燒到層魚皮岩岩好,輕輕一咬已經感受到塊魚皮夠晒薄脆,魚肉又夠嫩滑,醬汁調味唔會太重,魚味都幾突出,好好食!雞薩摩赤雞翼 $70仲有燒雞翼,同樣燒到外皮很脆,裡面
