鮑魚就分別是濱燒及磯煮,燒的話吃得到鮑魚的鮮味,由於非常新鮮的關係,肉質結實但一點都不靭!
磯煮就反而帶甜味,口感較稔及軟滑!餐廳細心的將鮑魚切開,每一小口都是享受

晚餐尾聲點上兩款自家製甜品,友人太飽的關係點了較清新的柚子雪葩,用上原個柚子肉及果汁製成雪葩!酸酸甜甜做飯後甜品一流!
我點的椰子雪糕則同樣用上原個椰子,雪糕極重椰子味,細滑入口餘香好重!好有誠意的甜品
