To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.    昨天和家人去吃下午茶,我很想吃餐蛋麵,於是便要了一客。16元,很便宜。取的時候碗上便有膠蓋,我以為   捧來了之後便揭盅,便見到其中的麵餅並未弄散,而煎了的蛋,黃全都熟了,但是黃卻是散的。這副賣相,叫人感到十分失望。   媽媽要的是紅豆沙加三絲炒米,但紅豆沙太冷了,而且料也太多,吃得也不太順暢。
