荃灣區一向是高性價比食肆的集中地,而且菜式百花齊放,所以是不少食家經常到訪的地方;這次好友約了我去食燒肉作為慶祝新年的聚餐,皆因是任飲任食,可以更盡興! 校長燒肉以日韓燒為主打,內裡的裝潢與氣氛甚具型格,帶點電影場口的氛圍,以軍綠色為主調,突顯了那種粗獷感;兼且餐檯與座椅的編排很寬鬆妥當,給予經常出入去拿食材留有極大的便利性!侍應生引領我們坐低後,旋即送上一碟精選的食材;之後又送來在放於食店門口夾公仔遊戲機的機幣,似乎是好此道的女士與小童的恩物!再看看食物區,從醃好的肉類,到海鮮.到蔬菜,到熟食,到甜品,種類齊備,各式其色齊備,真的令人興奮!既有牛扒牛仔骨之類,當然要一試其質素;尤其是此類日韓式鐵鍋燒,面上有一層隔油紙,讓多一點肉類食材油脂附在上面,煎燒食物快熟兼香口;牛扒的醃料味道稍為厚重,但肉質較滑嫩,放多一點鹽可令本味突出一些;牛仔骨肉味更濃,且近骨位更有彈性,切成小塊更有口感!而五花肉經燒煮後則顯得爽彈脆口,有孜然粉加持就風味十足!奉送的精選食材,先取道牛柳,一燒起來彌漫在空氣中的香味已較突出,煎至七成熟令質地更加嫩滑,吃著就感到其肉汁與油脂的豐富,滋潤著味蕾而相當討好!生蠔在
