To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天又陪伯父飲茶,到了圓方的"百樂潮洲魚翅酒家",這家傳統潮洲酒家是伯父喜歡光顧的,他最愛吃這裡的蠔仔泡粥,今天也要我一試! 限聚令下衹可兩位一起,所以座位與食客之間有一定距離,搓手量體溫和安置口罩等工夫做到足,食得相當放心! 先嚐一口迎客功夫茶,再點上兩客經典的點心~蝦餃和燒賣;每客二件,兩款味道也不錯,蝦餃內蝦肉非常彈牙!燒賣肉味鮮,沒有一口肥肉的感覺。 再點了兩個潮洲菜代表名物~糖醋伊麵和蠔仔泡粥。 這碗蠔仔泡粥,伯父表示要我認真細嚐! 水與米粒分明的潮洲粥底口感清爽,蠔仔肥美飽滿鮮甜沒有半點 腥 味,粥內加入了炸香的大地魚,令口感脆脆的!非常滋味!果然一試難忘! 再嚐糖醋伊麵~面層煎得香脆,底層軟綿加入糖與醋十分惹味!令我感到很回味! 難怪識食的伯父常來光顧,雖然這裡的價位屬高水平,但他認爲有水準就是值的! 再飲過兩小杯送客「功夫爹」,完美作結。

每客二件,兩款味道也不錯,蝦餃內蝦肉非常彈牙!
