To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一早打電話訂位,順便訂定個蟹煲先,再加上龍蝦🦞,係爭條魚,因為有人唔食。坐低再叫多半隻海南麻雞,加碟菜添,想話再叫埋串燒,但第一次嚟,未知份量有幾多,所以都係唔叫住喇,加埋4杯凍飲。先嚟海南麻雞,肉質鮮嫩,好有雞味,係雞皮下面少咗啲啫喱咁。之後到龍蝦海鮮喇沙,同睇相有啲分別,龍蝦份量唔多,海鮮都係普通嘢咁,喇沙就帶微辣,我怕辣所以食少少。再嚟通菜,一嚟就聞到濃濃嘅蝦膏味,好有鑊氣添。重頭戲嚟喇,個蟹煲一打開,就聞到香噴噴嘅蟹味,食咗啲米粉先,吸晒蟹嘅精華,啖湯飲到有微微嘅胡椒味,但又唔會太搶,蟹肉都仲好甜,一梳梳咁,每人食兩碗仔米粉,真係個個都話好飽喇,就連甜品都唔食。舊時呢個位,都係食呢啲,但依家新嘅,好過舊,因為唔洗食 Set Lunch
