去過越南旅遊,越南河粉是必吃的一道菜,回港後總是把越南河粉掛在口唇邊今晚又在懷念的時候,決定走到火車頭.......椰汁珍多冰及椰汁三多冰,滿滿的椰汁沙冰,椰汁味很濃郁,杯頂上的冰球,沒有把椰汁味沖淡火車頭招牌湯河先喝一口深啡色的湯,入口果然重味,濃,香正宗的湯底以牛骨,南薑,花椒,洋蔥等十多種材料煮成電料方面,有牛柏葉,肥牛,牛筋,牛肉片及牛丸,足料,當中最好吃是肥牛,半肥瘦肥牛好香紙米凍卷,餡料選了軟殼蟹,香脆軟殼蟹夾上軟淋口感的牛油果,還有檬粉及生菜,份量大得不能一口放進口裡燒豬肉濱海,其實也不知道是什麼,看餐牌上的圖片像生菜包一樣,上檯是擺放得像花一樣燦爛生菜包著菠蘿,蜜桃,青瓜還有豬肉一起吃,好豐富,一酸一甜的水果令兩者味道中和,值得點濱海像是米粉餅,較為幼身,入口亦比較柔滑,原來濱海是皇朝的皇室及貴族的餐前小食,製作是滿滿技術和經驗,難怪外面的越南餐廳很少有得吃
