To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黎三聖邨食海鮮,朋友介紹南記,自己都比較左幾間加工餐廳,間間都評分相若,基本上間間都有唔少負評,不外乎話貴、服務差、等候時間長、海鮮蒸得過熟等等。出黎食海鮮,人均預左$400-$500,比得呢個錢,自然期望都會好高,也好正常。買海鮮,我地去左楊合利,款唔算勁多, 但有哂我哋想食嘅嘢。買咗四隻野生有羔奄仔蟹,兩隻本地龍蝦, 一斤海蝦,一個桶蠔,七百幾,唔貴,隻蟹咁岩仲係退緊殼🌟其中一個揀南記既原因, 因為燒鵝出名好食,係真係好食。我哋整咗:鹽焗奄仔蟹,上湯龍蝦伊麵,白灼蝦,酥炸桶蠔。仲叫咗椒鹽鮮魷同炒咗個菜。四個人,七個餸真係好飽!鹽焗奄仔蟹好值得食,爆羔又香,屋企唔易做到鹽焗菜式。上湯龍蝦伊麵亦都係值得出街食啦。估唔到$90隻嘅本地龍蝦, 咁出乎意料地厚肉同鮮甜,唔講仲以為食咗澳龍。 呢兩個餸已非常滿意了。酥炸菜式亦做得唔錯。埋單$800左右。成個海鮮餐連工包料$1600,四個人食,人均$400,好ok啦。最後一提,呢度開瓶費$30枝,食海鮮配酒,有好嘢就緊係自己帶嚟飲啦!
