之前聽朋友講話喺尖沙咀食過間好好食嘅日本餐廳,但由於位置同門面唔太起眼,所以唔係咁多人知道。於是今日行完街,一於去朋友推介嘅餐廳食下門口位置好簡約,淨係見到門上嘅招牌,見唔到店裡面嘅環境,夠晒隱密如果唔係朋友講,我行過都應該會MISS左店裡面一樣一貫簡約日本風格,都幾舒服同有FEEL,好似真係去左日本D居酒屋由於行街時食左D小食,唔係太肚餓,所以淨係叫左 明太子雞翼($60)、海量蔥溫泉蛋炒三文魚湯稻庭烏冬($120)、鰻魚柳川煮($180)、巨峰提子乳酸梳打($50)、SUNTORY DRAFT BEER ($60)巨峰提子乳酸梳打:佢並唔係提子味道嘅乳酸梳打咁簡單,裡面仲有加左片檸檬同埋少少提子肉喺裡面,令到飲品味道同口感更加豐富SUNTORY DRAFT BEER:原本今日都冇諗過飲啤酒,不過睇到部生啤機又幾吸引,所以決定點杯黎飲下,易入口,口感順滑,飲落去夠爽鰻魚柳川煮:呢個鰻魚真係煮得非常之出色肉質肥厚鮮嫩,兼且冇乜細骨平時出面食鰻魚,都係用最普通嗰隻鰻魚醬,會過於鹹味;而平成呢個鰻魚柳川煮用嗰隻醬汁煮係好濃味而唔會太過鹹,同埋配料蛋同洋蔥咁樣食真係一流海量蔥溫泉蛋炒三文魚湯

隱世小店,難怪雖然佢唔顯眼,但佢高質素嘅食物絕對令人印象深刻,值得推介俾朋友去食
