之前都係食開一樂,睇到蔡瀾嘅文章今日專程嚟試嚟到食燒鵝就當然係點我最鐘意嘅燒鵝比瀨,成碗嘢色水唔錯,鵝皮夠脆,但係肥油太多,係碗湯度好清晰咁見到好多油飄係碗面,真係好肥膩,如果可以撇埋油再上台會好啲囖,其他小菜都同例湯就係正常水平冇乜特別之處
