朋友係南華會會員,約埋一齊食甘棠,可能之前期望值太高,所以對佢嘅燒鵝同甘一刀叉燒都有啲失望,燒鵝無咩肉,咬落柴柴地,絕對稱不上肥美,叉燒都偏瘦,燶邊有焦香但整體都係太干身,其他小菜都同例湯就係正常水平冇乜特別之處,其實燒鵝香港好味都唔少,甘字頭又真係唔會特別好味。

 燒鵝名過其實,肉柴皮老,搭朋友專程過嚟食,主要都係因為佢之前在社交媒體上多人提及,吹噓佢嘅班底點勁點勁。但事實上真係一般般,味道偏濃,食完返屋企口渴到不得了,飲咗三杯水都吾得掂 !服務態度都一般,對客可有可無,真心建議可以PASS~~

燒鵝作為招牌菜,賣相就真係冇得傾一流,但係入口之後肉質偏韌,好難咀嚼,明顯缺乏火候掌控。更加令人失望嘅係啲鵝肉幾乎唔入味,就算陪埋啲醬汁嚟食都係唔多好食。醬汁成分入面應該有花生醬,呢個口味同傳統燒鵝醬料風格不符,可能大部分人都係先入為主覺得燒鵝就應該搭配梅子醬汁

甘一刀,是選每一件豬肉的分佈,前端肥肉,然後半肥肉,最後是全瘦。甘一刀是切了肥肉和半肥肉,烤得發焦,再一大塊一大塊斬出來,這部份的肉有限,要吃這道甘一刀,得預訂。

趁住去大球場睇波,特登幫襯呢間出名燒鵝專門店試吓點好味,打開餐牌,發覺價錢天花板,一碟清炒時蔬都要$138碟,1/4隻燒鵝下庒收220。於是2人不如叫2碟叉燒、燒鵝雙拼飯試吓算數,見例湯$18 一碗,就問夥計今晚例湯是甚麽,回覆是西洋菜煲牛鞦魚,於是叫了2碗,首先講食物方面,燒鵝普通,四圍都吃得到,不值咁貴,叉燒就不磡,又乾又柴,好失敗,碗例湯尚可,吃完,諗住只此一次,不會返頭,於是出舖面埋單走人,心諗$220 可以,怎知要$386 ,細看張單,嘩!乜每碗例湯收我$90嘅,2碗共$180 ,有冇咁亂嚟呀,細問之下,佢解釋話晚市無例湯,但餐牌卻有例湯$18碗,只有燉湯西洋菜牛鞦魚湯4-6 位,每盅$730 ,所以就屈我每碗收$90 ,真係亂咁嚟,成個飲食業比呢啲害羣之馬搞彎晒,我拒絕支付,我話我清楚同侍應講是$18 的例湯,不是你所指的無標價的例湯,所以我只付例湯$18 一碗算數,唔收就報警解決,誠哥有云,君子愛財,取之有道,希望飲食業同儕要有誠意去做生意,飲食業才不會走下坡。
