To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

初嘗「厚切牛舌黑醬油拉麵」😋😋😋日期📅2023-05-21（星期日）是日點餐：厚切牛舌黑醬油拉麵 HK$85周未在金鐘的人異常少☺️，特別係晚上，基本上店舖都只有小貓兩三隻。簡介：「厚切牛舌黑醬油拉麵」以鮮香醇厚的黑醬油雞湯為湯底，同時加入背脂，令湯底更富誘人香氣，輕輕一嚐便能享受到略帶鹹香的鮮甜雞湯滋味。作為主角的炙燒厚切牛舌片口感份外彈牙，燒至外脆內軟的厚切牛舌不單嚼勁十足，更富豐富肉汁，令濃郁牛香縈繞味蕾間，配上一風堂精心烹調的卷腩叉燒及原隻玉子，精心的食材配搭為味蕾帶來極具層次的極致拉麵享受！我食落去湯底方面，非常鮮甜，一啲都不會過咸，有類似壽喜燒個種醬油風味，甜甜的，飲左幾口都冇口渴。牛舌方面，則非常硬，好有咬口😅。卷腩叉燒就太肥，可惜是冇得揀瘦叉燒，好油。整碗麵🍜的面頭有一層油，雖然加左蔥及洋蔥🧅，但依然好油，綜合上面幾點，我下次去－風堂不會encore 佢😗
