To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時耐唔耐唔知食咩嘅話，都會食譚仔，今日去到寶琳又係唔知有咩揀，於是乎又入咗去譚仔啦😝見到新出嘅泡椒酸菜魚湯鯇魚米線，睇落好吸引，價錢只係$42，鍾意食魚嘅我就決定嗌嚟試吓啦~湯底我叫咗五小辣，個湯冇咩太大特別，只係多咗幾粒泡椒咁，有八成似我食開嘅湖南酸辣湯，比較驚喜嘅就係鯇魚好爽脆，而且冇骨，加上俾得算大方，有6，7舊左右，我覺得試吓都OK，但係對於愛辣之人嚟講，似乎冇咩太大特別，都係建議食返麻辣或者重慶酸辣會好食啲～

湯底我叫咗五小辣，個湯冇咩太大特別，只係多咗幾粒泡椒咁，有八成似我食開嘅湖南酸辣湯，比較驚喜嘅就係鯇魚好爽脆，而且冇骨，加上俾得算大方，有6，7舊左右，我覺得試吓都OK，但係對於愛辣之人嚟講，似乎冇咩太大特別，都係建議食返麻辣或者重慶酸辣會好食啲～
