To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元氣壽司店開始續間轉晒做高速線列車服務。小朋友最喜歡，所以假日就看見很多一家大細來吃壽司。早前看到有出一些新產品，今日來可以吃多一點不同款式呀！新款式有以下幾款：日本真鯛配柚子鹽焦香醬油鰆魚蒜香魷魚鬚炙燒牛油赤海蝦羅勒芝士三文魚牛油果極上吞拿魚三點 (大拖、赤身、長鰭)芝士龍蝦濃湯茶碗蒸龍蝦濃湯味不太濃，但個蒸蛋就非常之嫩滑，即點即做夠熱辣辣。蒜香魷魚鬚燒汁牛肉炙燒牛油赤海蝦白鳥貝炙燒珍寶皇帝蟹柳海鹽檸檬焦糖芝士蛋糕估不到這個芝士蛋糕味道濃郁，還有微微海鹽味。
