久仰Te喺日本既大名,新登陸香港當然急不及待去試試啦! 因為想見識吓佢哋點樣5秒內完成一個意粉,所以決定坐Bar 枱。簡直好似睇魔術一樣!個Chef真係5秒將個意粉加熱,再加材料炒兩炒,唔駛2分鐘已經ready,鬼佬同事也不禁大叫:"Amazing!"共有12款pasta供選擇,價錢由HK$45到$68不等,大食如我的朋友可加$15變加大pasta。不過,今日為咗要試多幾款,一行三人order咗四款:1) Spaghetti Pescatore (Seafood with Tomato Sauce) - 好濃蕃茄同Herb味,雖然明知d海鮮係雪藏既,但都OK喎!2) Spaghetti Carbonara (Cream Sauce with Bacon)- 好creamy,不過唔夠Bacon3) Spaghetti Japonese (Short Neck Clams and Mushrooms) - 材料十足! 夠鮮,比較淡口4) Spaghetti Siciliana (Eggplant & Bacon)- 其實都係用same tomato sauce as Spaghetti P
共有12款pasta供選擇,價錢由HK$45到$68不等,大食如我的朋友可加$15變加大pasta。不過,今日為咗要試多幾款,一行三人order咗四款:
1) Spaghetti Pescatore (Seafood with Tomato Sauce) - 好濃蕃茄同Herb味,雖然明知d海鮮係雪藏既,但都OK喎!
2) Spaghetti Carbonara (Cream Sauce with Bacon)- 好creamy,不過唔夠Bacon
3) Spaghetti Japonese (Short Neck Clams and Mushrooms) - 材料十足! 夠鮮,比較淡口
4) Spaghetti Siciliana (Eggplant & Bacon)
- 其實都係用same tomato sauce as Spaghetti Pescatore,所以我覺得兩者d味好似
我覺得d 意粉本身最突出,暫時係我喺香港食到最al dente 既pasta!
環境:正如Te sell既係:Not a fast food, not a standard restaurant. It's new style of eating place!
