Restaurant: Forbidden Duck (Times Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我friend知道我鍾意食片皮鴨,見呢間新開,就話同我去食喇好有型架佢啲杯,我哋3位,3個唔同嘅杯蜆蚧煎釀唐生菜煲將魚肉釀落生菜到,第一次見咋,佢又真係釀得好實架喎,唔咬佢都唔會甩出嚟梅子荔芋肉餅鴨煲,呢個對我嚟講,濃味咗啲,芋頭&肉加埋整成肉餅,係幾好食嘅海鮮鴨湯泡飯,除咗平時食嘅白飯之外,仲有脆卜卜嘅飯,係拎上枱時先落嘅,倒落湯時會有少少炸炸聲架,不過唔知係咪因為用鴨整個湯底,食落時我覺得有陣“蘇”味主角嚟喇,北京烤鴨(半隻),唔會好肥,肉係多嘅,皮亦好脆基本包住鴨肉嚟食嘅配料我個人覺得味道方面算係特別嘅,但就感覺真係好濃味,而menu內亦唔係有太多嘅選擇。
