To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔雲腿湯米線食評今日去譚仔試咗佢哋新推出嘅雲腿湯米線，整體嚟講幾有驚喜。首先講吓個湯底，佢嘅雲腿湯底帶有淡淡嘅風乾火腿😋香味，唔會太濃烈，啱晒鍾意清淡口味嘅朋友。飲落順喉舒服，感覺唔會太油膩。米線方面，保持到譚仔一貫嘅水準，軟滑彈牙，容易掛湯。配料方面，我揀咗雞卷同風乾火腿。雞卷真係啖啖肉🍗，口感紮實，而且唔會太乾。至於風乾火腿，雖然香味唔算突出，但勝在鹹香惹味，同個湯底都幾夾。如果你係鍾意啖啖肉嘅話，咁你應該會鍾意呢個雞卷🍖。風乾火腿嘅味道比較淡，但都為呢個湯底增添咗鹹香味。總括而言，今次譚仔嘅新品雲腿湯米線都算有誠意，湯底清甜帶有火腿香，米線同配料嘅質素都唔錯。如果你都想試吓啲新口味，不妨去譚仔試吓呢個新產品啦！🍲
