To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日lunch去左譚仔食米線，譚仔一向都多人，都等左10幾分鐘先有得入坐，好快點左墨魚春卷米線10小辣同小食生腸，墨魚春卷得三條，好似少咗啲啲，但生腸好入味同爽口非常美味，Lunch唔想食太貴又好好味嘅嘢，呢間簡直係首選。

有種味道耐無食係會心絲絲掛念同想食，講嘅就是譚仔味道👅。是日平日經過觀塘廣場，午餐時間於是去醫醫肚，食我鍾意食嘅米線🍜。🌶️魚腐米線+重慶酸辣湯底（3小辣）重慶酸辣湯底看似非常辣嘅賣相即時令味蕾躍動起來，辣度係有但酸味被蓋過，整體湯底酸辣唔夠均勻。配料如芽菜同腐皮就好好味。米線偏硬。🌶️凍檸茶少甜少冰有一定辣度嘅湯底配返杯凍飲，實在好過癮同爽！本身鍾意食辣，但食辣程度唔算勁，不過係可以訓練出嚟。

譚仔新出火鍋米線一定要試下，佢哋嘅火鍋底料真係唔差，有好多款選擇，啲湯底又鮮又香。你可以揀辣底、麻辣底，甚至清湯底，啲口味應有盡有。米線方面，佢哋嘅米線幾彈牙，有咬口，細細嘅米線吸收咗啲湯底嘅味道，帶出嚟嘅味道濃郁。叫咗雞件，有意外驚喜，好食！重點係每人$5X嘅價錢，有小食有嘢飲仲打埋邊奴，真係超值，想過下口癮又唔可太貴可以試吓，食完好飽。總括嚟講，呢度嘅火鍋米線真係唔錯，湯底濃、米線彈牙、配料多樣化，重點係好平。

咁多間米線舖，最好食都係譚仔👍譚仔米線比較幼身，口感爽滑，湯底清甜😋我初初食就試咗10小辣，不過差啲，下次可以試下食5小辣🫢一碗米線搭配凍飲，再配一個小食，大滿足😋
