To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 上星期日食完譚仔今個星期就食下譚仔三哥比較下啦！一如以往係食三哥（重慶）酸辣湯底都算食得辣既我食開中辣仲可以飲埋湯個辣度感覺比平時出面米線舖既中辣冇咁辣餸就淨係叫左單餸揀左魚蛋（有成8粒咁多都幾抵）麵底就加錢轉左做紅薯粉（幾有咬口唔錯！）整體黎講味道不過不失喇都係同平時一樣咁啦配埋杯凍檸茶少甜咁就perfect池！另外仲試左新野「蒜燒茄子」味道唔錯好重蒜味不過賣相同份量都同menu上面幅圖有d差別
